Delight Rose Safaris Kenya

These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings and travel arrangements made with Delight Rose Safaris Kenya. By confirming a reservation, you agree to abide by the following terms:


1. Bookings & Reservations

  • All bookings must be made in writing via email, our official website, or through our authorized representatives.

  • A deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to confirm a reservation. The balance is payable before the tour start date.

  • For last-minute bookings, full payment is required at the time of booking.


2. Payments

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, mobile money transfer, or other agreed methods.

  • All bank charges and transfer fees are the responsibility of the client.


3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be communicated in writing.

  • The following cancellation fees apply.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 30 working days.


4. Tour Prices & Inclusions

  • Tour prices include accommodation, transport, meals, park entry fees, and services as per itinerary.

  • Prices exclude international flights, visas, travel insurance, personal expenses, tips, and optional activities.

  • Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, park fee adjustments, or government taxes.


5. Alterations to Itinerary

  • Delight Rose Safaris Kenya reserves the right to alter or cancel itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, park regulations, airline schedule changes, or safety concerns.

  • Efforts will be made to provide similar alternatives of equal value.


6. Travel Insurance

  • All clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, loss of baggage, and personal liability before departure.

  • Delight Rose Safaris Kenya is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of insurance.


7. Client Responsibility

  • Clients must ensure they have valid passports, visas, health certificates, and any required vaccinations before travel.

  • Clients are expected to follow park rules, respect wildlife, and comply with the instructions of guides and staff.

  • Any damages caused to property or vehicles by the client will be the responsibility of the client.


8. Company Liability

  • Delight Rose Safaris Kenya will take all reasonable steps to ensure your safety and enjoyment.

  • However, the company is not liable for injury, illness, theft, loss, damage, delays, or cancellations arising from causes beyond its control including natural disasters, strikes, accidents, political unrest, or force majeure.

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour service.


9. Complaints

  • Any complaints must be reported immediately to the guide or company representative during the tour.

  • If not resolved, complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days after completion of the tour.


10. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
