1 Day Lake Nakuru Safari
We shall drive through the floor of the Great Rift Valley from Nairobi, while stopping on the way for curios and to admire and marvel at the breathtaking views of the escarpment along the way. We arrive at Lake Nakuru National Park in time for a mid-morning game drive. Have picnic lunch at leisure. As we find our way out of the park; we have another game drive and embark on our way to Nairobi.
1 Day Lake Nakuru Safari
0600hrs:
Pick up from your Nairobi hotel or Airport in the morning and depart for Lake Nakuru National park.
This shall be a leisurely drive with a stopover at the Rift valley view point to watch the escarpment.
Proceed thereafter to arrive in Lake Nakuru national park in the early hours of the morning.
1000hrs:
Arrive at Lake Nakuru National park and proceed for a game drive.
Lake Nakuru has earned its fame as the home of the greatest bird spectacle in the world, a myriad of often more than a million pink flamingos that flock to feed at its shallow warm waters. The lake is dubbed “pink” due to the presence of millions of Greater and Lesser flamingoes among the wild big cats. You also spot the white and black Rhino, the Cape Buffaloes, and the Rothschild Giraffe as well as other smaller wildlife such as the Thompsons Gazelle.
1:00hrs:
Enjoy lunch at the Lake Nakuru Lodge or similar
After lunch have another game drive then drive back to Nairobi .
1830hrs: Arrive in Nairobi we drop you at your hotel or at the airport. Don’t miss this opportunity to get up close with some of Kenya’s most amazing birds and other wildlife. You could also combine this tour with dinner at the
